For account questions, refunds, abuse reports, and press/partnership requests, email support@uapis.cn. We respond within 1–2 business days. Please include your account email and, where relevant, an API key prefix and a request_id so we can pull logs.
Support tickets
For anything related to a specific API call (failing endpoint, unexpected response, billing dispute), please open a ticket from the help centre at uapis.cn/help. Tickets are tracked, are visible to the on-call engineer, and let us attach logs that we can't share over email.
Status and incidents
Check the public status page at uapis.cn/status before escalating. It tracks per-endpoint availability and ongoing incidents in real time. If the status page is green and you are still seeing failures, file a ticket — we want to know.
Bug reports and feature requests
For site bugs, API behavior issues, or feature requests, please open a support ticket from the help centre. For SDK or CLI bugs, file under the relevant repository in github.com/AxT-Team.
Security disclosure
If you have found a security issue, please email support@uapis.cnwith the subject line “Security disclosure” and avoid filing a public issue. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to ship a fix within 30 days for confirmed reports.
